Terms and Conditions
These terms set the rules for purchasing and using Skyeo's services.
Agreement and Services
Skyeo is a registered Indian micro-enterprise operating from Chandigarh, India (Udyam Registration No. UDYAM-CH-01-0067628). When you purchase a plan or otherwise accept these terms, these terms, your selected scope and pricing, and any separately agreed written terms form the agreement between you and Skyeo.
Skyeo will provide the services expressly included in your selected plan with reasonable professional care. Work outside that scope may require a separate written agreement and additional fees.
Term, Payment and Cancellation
Monthly plans begin with a six-month initial service term. Payments are due monthly in advance. The first payment may include a one-time setup fee covering onboarding, research, account setup and initial strategy. Except where these terms expressly say otherwise, setup fees are non-refundable after onboarding begins.
After the initial term, the plan continues month to month until cancelled with 30 days' written notice. If you terminate early for a reason other than the first-month review right described in our Legal Stuff, a one-time early-termination charge of ₹3,000 applies.
Results and Third-Party Platforms
Skyeo does not guarantee rankings, traffic, leads, sales, conversions, AI visibility, engagement or platform approval. Search engines, social platforms, competitors, markets and algorithms are outside Skyeo's control. We commit to the agreed work, honest reporting and reasonable adjustments when a strategy is not working.
Content and Intellectual Property
Once applicable fees are paid, client-specific final deliverables created for you become your property. Skyeo keeps ownership of its pre-existing templates, frameworks, methods, software, prompts, tools and know-how. You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of content and materials you supply and for having permission to use them.
Suspension and Liability
Skyeo may suspend or terminate services for material non-payment, unlawful requests, serious misuse, abusive conduct, security risks or a material breach of these terms. Where reasonably possible, we will provide notice and an opportunity to fix the issue.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Skyeo is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or loss of profit, revenue, business, goodwill or anticipated savings. Skyeo's total aggregate liability is limited to fees paid during the three months immediately before the event giving rise to the claim. This does not limit liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Governing Law and Contact
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to mandatory rights under applicable law, courts with appropriate jurisdiction in Chandigarh, India have jurisdiction over disputes arising from these terms. If one provision is unenforceable, the rest remain effective.
