1. Commitment & Payment Terms
All monthly plans require a 6-month minimum commitment. This is not a lock-in for our benefit — it reflects the reality of how SEO and authority building work. The first 2–3 months are setup and early traction; compounding results happen in months 4–6 and beyond.
Payments are due monthly in advance. Non-payment beyond 7 days may result in service suspension. Data is retained for 30 days after suspension and then deleted (for hosted websites).
Most plans carry an onboarding fee (₹1,500–₹2,500). This covers initial setup, research, and account creation. This fee is non-refundable once onboarding has begun.
3. No Ranking or Result Guarantees
Skyeo does not guarantee any specific search ranking position, AI citation frequency, traffic volume, or revenue outcome. SEO is an organic process influenced by many factors outside our control, including:
- Google and other search engine algorithm changes
- Competitor activity and their own SEO investments
- The client's industry, location, and competition level
- Platform policy changes (Reddit subreddit rules, LinkedIn algorithm updates)
- AI system training data refresh cycles and citation policies
What we do guarantee: consistent execution (posts published on schedule), transparent monthly reporting with actual screenshots and data, and no black-hat tactics that could result in Google penalties.
Results are reported honestly. We will not fabricate data or claim false rankings. If a strategy is not working, we will say so and adjust.
4. Per-Plan Risk Clauses
The following additional clauses apply to specific plans:
Plan 01 — Website (Starter)
₹499/mo
- Website is hosted on Skyeo's VPS only while the subscription is active. If the subscription lapses, the website goes offline. Client data is retained for 30 days then deleted.
- Client is responsible for providing all text, images, and logo. We do not write copy or create images.
- No e-commerce, payment gateway, or complex backend functionality.
Plan 02 — Reddit SEO
₹1,499/mo
- Reddit account suspension risk applies (see Section 2 above).
- Posts are published under a Skyeo-managed account unless otherwise agreed.
- No karma or upvote guarantee. Organic traction depends on post quality and community response.
- No ranking guarantee — 3–6 months minimum for meaningful results.
Plan 03 — Website + Reddit SEO
₹1,799/mo
- All clauses from Plan 01 and Plan 02 apply.
- No LinkedIn, Pinterest, X, or Facebook included.
Plan 04 — SEO Website + Blogs
₹2,399/mo
- No social platform management included.
- No guaranteed ranking position — we report on progress, not promise #1.
- No e-commerce.
Plan 05 — Reddit + LinkedIn SEO
₹4,999/mo
- Reddit account suspension risk applies (see Section 2).
- Monthly AI visibility check sample size is disclosed in the report — it is not a fixed count and may vary by query complexity.
- LinkedIn posts are text-first. No graphic design or video content.
- No website work, no paid ads.
Plan 06 — Full Stack SEO
₹9,999/mo
- Reddit account suspension risk applies (see Section 2).
- No paid advertising on any platform.
- No video production, influencer outreach, or PR/media coverage.
- No guaranteed virality.
Service A4 — AI Visibility Audit
₹2,499 one-time
- The audit is a snapshot in time. AI search results change frequently. We do not guarantee re-test consistency if you test the same queries independently.
- The query sample size tested is disclosed in the report, not fixed in advance.
- Does not include implementation — that requires a monthly plan.
Service A5 — Google Business Profile Setup
₹1,499 one-time
- Google's verification timeline and approval is entirely Google's process. We cannot control or guarantee it.
- This is a one-time setup. No ongoing management is included.
5. Liability Cap
Skyeo's total liability to the client for any claim arising out of or relating to the services shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client in the 3 months preceding the claim.
Skyeo is not liable for: loss of revenue, loss of data, loss of business opportunity, or any indirect, consequential, or punitive damages arising from service delivery, platform suspensions, algorithm changes, or AI system behaviour.
6. Content & Intellectual Property
Content created by Skyeo (blog posts, Reddit posts, LinkedIn posts) for a client is owned by the client once the relevant month's invoice is paid in full.
Skyeo retains the right to use anonymised performance data (e.g., "a local bakery in Pune ranked from #8 to #3 in 4 months") for case studies and marketing, unless the client explicitly requests otherwise in writing.
Clients must provide accurate information about their business. Skyeo is not responsible for legal issues arising from client-provided content (false claims, trademark violations, etc.).
7. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days written notice after the 6-month minimum commitment period has been completed.
Early termination (before 6 months) by the client does not entitle the client to a refund of fees already paid. The remaining balance of the 6-month commitment may be invoiced at Skyeo's discretion.
Skyeo may terminate the agreement immediately for: non-payment, abusive behaviour towards our team, or requests to perform black-hat SEO or misleading content practices. In such cases, fees paid for un-delivered services will be refunded pro-rata.
Content & Account Access After Cancellation
Upon cancellation, the client receives a copy of all blog posts and content files created on their behalf, in editable format, within 7 days of the request. This does not apply to un-invoiced work (see Section 6).
Access to Skyeo-managed Reddit and LinkedIn accounts is not transferred to the client on cancellation — these accounts remain Skyeo property, since they were never client-owned. If the client had opted for posting under their own personal account (see Section 2), that account naturally remains theirs.
Refunds: no refunds are issued for partial months — service continues until the end of the paid billing cycle. One-time services are non-refundable once work has begun (see also Section 1).
