1. Being Honest About Time & Payment
All monthly plans begin with a 6-month initial service term. The term starts on the date your services begin. We structure it this way because the first 2–3 months are foundation — research, setup, early traction. Results that move the needle typically develop in months 4–6 and beyond.
First-month review: After approximately 30 days, we review the services delivered against your selected plan. If Skyeo has materially failed to deliver an expressly included service, you may notify us in writing within 7 days. We will have 7 days to reasonably correct the issue. If we do not correct the material failure within that period, you may terminate the agreement without the early-termination charge. The one-time setup fee is not refunded, as it covers work already built and delivered. This does not apply to results, rankings, traffic, leads, platform decisions, algorithm changes, or other outcomes outside Skyeo's reasonable control.
Payments are due monthly in advance and may be collected through an authorised recurring payment mandate using Razorpay or another payment provider. Recurring payments are processed in accordance with applicable payment-provider and regulatory requirements. After the 6-month initial term, your plan continues month-to-month and keeps billing automatically until you cancel with 30 days' written notice.
If a payment remains unpaid for more than 7 days after its due date, Skyeo may suspend services until the outstanding amount is paid. Skyeo is not responsible for delays or missed deliverables caused by a payment-related suspension.
For clients on hosted website plans, we generally retain relevant service data for 30 days after the service ends. We may retain information for longer where required by law, necessary for accounting, security, dispute resolution, or the establishment or defence of legal claims. You can request a copy of your data at any time in that window.
Every plan charges a higher first payment (which includes a one-time setup fee), then a lower recurring monthly charge from month 2 onward. The setup fee covers onboarding, research, account setup and initial strategy. Except where these Terms expressly provide otherwise, setup fees are non-refundable once onboarding has begun.
All prices are in Indian Rupees and inclusive of applicable taxes — the price you see on the plans page is the price you pay.
3. What We Promise — and What Nobody Can
Skyeo will provide the services and deliverables expressly included in your selected plan and will perform those services with reasonable professional care. We do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic, leads, sales, conversions, AI visibility, engagement, platform approval, or other business outcomes.
SEO results are affected by many factors outside Skyeo's control:
- Search-engine algorithm updates and changes
- Competitor activity and market dynamics
- Your industry, location, and search landscape
- Platform policies and algorithmic changes
- AI system updates and how they index or cite content
What we commit to: consistent execution. Posts go out on schedule. Reports include real data. We don't use black-hat tactics. If a strategy isn't working, we'll tell you and adjust.
4. What's Included in Each Plan
Every plan is built with you on the Build Your Own Plan walkthrough, so pricing and inclusions are confirmed with you directly rather than fixed in advance. General terms — no guaranteed results, organic SEO only, platform protections — are covered in Sections 2 and 3 above and apply to every plan regardless of scope.

5. Liability & Responsibility
If something goes wrong on our end, we take responsibility for our own work and will work to fix it. We are responsible for the services we commit to and the professional care we apply to them.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Skyeo will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, business, goodwill or anticipated savings arising from the services. Skyeo's total aggregate liability for claims arising out of the services will not exceed the fees actually paid to Skyeo by the client during the 3 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. This limitation does not apply to liabilities that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.
We are not responsible for outcomes driven by things outside our control — algorithm updates, platform policy changes, market shifts, or how AI systems index or cite content.
6. Intellectual Property & Your Content
Subject to payment of all applicable fees, client-specific final deliverables created by Skyeo specifically for you become your property upon payment. This includes blog posts, social media content, and other materials produced for your business.
Skyeo retains ownership of its pre-existing materials, templates, frameworks, methodologies, processes, software, prompts, tools, know-how and other internal materials used to provide the services. You may not reuse these across other agencies or businesses without our written permission.
We may occasionally reference anonymised results in our own case studies — for example, "a local services business moved from page 3 to page 1 in 5 months." We will not identify you or your business without written permission. If you'd prefer we don't do this, just tell us in writing and we won't.
Your Responsibility
You are responsible for ensuring that information, claims, materials, images, trademarks and other content you supply to Skyeo are accurate and that you have the necessary rights and permissions to use them. You must not instruct Skyeo to publish unlawful, misleading or infringing material. We're not in a position to fact-check every claim you make about your own products and services — that legal responsibility sits with you.
Confidentiality
Each party will keep the other party's non-public business, technical, financial and operational information confidential and will use it only for purposes connected with the services. This does not apply to information that is publicly available, independently developed, already lawfully known, or required to be disclosed by law.
7. Termination
Your Right to Cancel
After the initial 6-month service term, you may cancel by providing 30 days' written notice. Cancellation is straightforward — a message is all it takes. Month-to-month billing continues until your notice period expires.
The first-month review in Section 1 provides an exception: if Skyeo materially fails to deliver, you may exit within 7 days of that review without the early-termination charge. The setup fee is not refunded in any case, as it covers work already delivered.
Early Termination Charge: If you terminate before the end of the initial 6-month term for reasons other than the first-month review right above, you may do so by paying a one-time early-termination charge of ₹3,000. Once paid, no further monthly fees for the remaining portion of the initial term will be due. The setup fee is not refunded.
Skyeo's Right to Suspend or Terminate
Skyeo may suspend or terminate services for: material non-payment, requests for unlawful or prohibited services, serious misuse of the services, abusive conduct, security risks, or material breach of these Terms. Where reasonably possible, Skyeo will provide notice and an opportunity to remedy before termination. Any refund will be limited to amounts paid in advance for services Skyeo has not provided.
What You Receive When You Leave
Everything we've created for you — blog posts, content files, strategy documents — will be handed back to you in editable format within 7 days of your request. Your content doesn't stay locked in our systems.
Accounts created and operated by Skyeo under Skyeo's ownership remain Skyeo's accounts. Skyeo does not transfer ownership of Skyeo-owned accounts when services end. If you chose to have us post under your own account, that account is and always was yours. Partial-month refunds are not issued — if you're paid through the end of a billing cycle, service continues until then.
Client Delays
Skyeo is not responsible for delays caused by your failure to provide required information, access, approvals, materials or cooperation. Any affected delivery timelines will be reasonably extended.
Changes to Scope
Services outside your selected plan are not included unless separately agreed in writing. Additional work may require additional fees.
8. Privacy & Data Protection
We collect and process personal information reasonably necessary to provide, administer and improve our services. This may include contact information, account information, payment records, service-related content, communications, technical information and other information described in our Privacy Policy.
Payment Processing
All payments are processed by Razorpay. Your card and bank details go directly to them — they never touch or get stored on our servers.
Cookies and Tracking
We use cookies and similar technologies where necessary to operate, secure and improve our website and services. We do not use ad trackers or sell your data. Details of the cookies and technologies we use are described in our Privacy Policy.
Data Storage and Access
Your data is stored on Cloudflare's infrastructure, and access is limited to the Skyeo team members who work on your account.
Your Data Rights
You may have rights regarding your personal data under applicable data-protection law, including rights to access, correction, deletion and withdrawal of consent where applicable.
